was expieriencing severe man pain and numbness, wanted to buy an anatomically correct seat for men , but they were out, so i tried this. the cushioning and the little groove halped ALOT. i do plan on placing some additional padding under the cover to make a bigger spot for my ‘boys’ to rest.
